Apply Credit Card Debt IVA Plan
Independent Advice.
No Bankruptcy. No loss of Dignity.
A credit card debt
IVA plan can be set up to provide a solution to personal debt and deal
generally with the issue of personal insolvency. We are licenced
to give IVA advice on the basis that Individual voluntary arrangements
are never designed to be one-size-fits-all cures to any money problem,
as each person's situation is different.
The needs of one
person can be vastly different from the needs of another person. Any
advice given must reflect the unique nature of the situation in which
people find themselves.
A normal IVA will
be set to run for 60 months and after this completes all the debt is
cleared from a person's credit profile. During all this time banks or
debt collectors are not allowed to contact the debtor in any way. The
IVA has all the benefits of bankruptcy and none of the disadvantages
of some other kinds of credit card debt plan.
An instrument such
as this will write off most of your debt at the beginning of the programme
(although beware of the claims made in some advertising: it is rarely
more than 60 or 65% of unsecured debt which can be cancelled in this
way). Any good IVA advice of this sort will make sure that you get optimum
results with the lowest repayment options together with the highest
percentage of debt written off.

personal situation.
Under recent
laws ratified by H.M. Government, IVAs have allowed personal debt to be
much easier to deal with than in the past. An IVA is an acceptable substitute
for bankruptcy and has none of the shame or stigma attached. It's an excellent
way to deal with insolvency or bad debt issues. Following the law, a properly
conducted IVA will immediately write off up to 60 per cent (sometimes
more than this) of your personal debt immediately. Your keen interest
in a credit card debt IVA plan should be well rewarded by the transformation
in life brought about by its application.
The debt management plan
will be carefully compiled by an insolvency practitioner (or I.P.) who
is academically qualified in such matters and be very familiar with
a credit card debt IVA plan. The total amount of debt and the total
number of creditors will be considered together. Income and expenses
will also be looked at and a monthly balance sheet will be carefully
drafted with the consent of the client and also the creditors. Important
household bills will be paid before any of the creditors. Total debt
will be reduced in this way by sixty percent or more, and any money
left over is used to reduce the remaining debt in this very painless
way and on a considerably reduced basis than before.
By making enquiries about
a credit card debt IVA plan you're putting yourself on the track to
personal financial security thereby effectively ensuring a new beginning.
Any choices made now will be the start of that wonderful process.
An IVA is legally binding
and there are things that creditors must not attempt to do when the
Individual voluntary arrangement is in place. This restriction includes
not being able to contact you by phone or letter, or to contact you
at all as long as this arrangement exists. If the creditor or his agent
(a debt collector, for example) even tries to contact you then they
will be breaking the law and would be subject to punishment. Creditors
(such as banks, credit card companies, etc.) must stop all phone calls
and letters and should on no account seek to frustrate the business
of the client.
