Apply Debt Reduction IVA Help
Independent Advice.
No Bankruptcy. No loss of Dignity.
An IVA (Individual
Voluntary Arrangement) is a form of debt relief program set up to provide
a solution to personal debt and to deal with the growing issue of personal
insolvency. We are licenced to give advice and do so on the
understanding that Individual voluntary arrangements are not designed
to be one-size-fits-all fixes to any debt problem, as each individual
situation is so different.
The needs of one
household can vary greatly from the needs of another. Any debt reduction
IVA help given must thus take into account the distinctiveness of the
situation in which people find themselves.
Normally an Individual
Voluntary Arrangement will be set to run for sixty months (sometimes
less) and after this completes all debts are cleared from a person's
credit record. During this time creditors are not allowed to pursue
or harass the debtor. The IVA carries with it all the advantages of
bankruptcy and none of the disadvantages.
An IVA writes off
the bulk of a person's debt at the beginning of the programme (although
be wary of the claims made in some circles: it is rarely more than 60
or 65 percent of unsecured debt which may be 'written off' in this way).
Any good debt reduction IVA help will make sure that you get optimum
results with the lowest repayment options together with the greatest
percentage of debt write-off at the outset.
So fill in the application
form for impartial debt reduction IVA help which is right for your own
situation.
Individual
voluntary arrangements (IVAs) are normally configured to run over the
course of a sixty month span, although sometimes this can be augmented
to fit with individual necessities. In Scotland, where they are known
as protected trust deeds, the span is generally three years but in some
cases may be four or five years. By using both the Individual voluntary
arrangement and also the protected trust deed the client is protected
from their creditors by the law and their debts are completely and absolutely
written off at the end of the period (however long that may be set to
run).
By enquiring into debt reduction
IVA help you are setting yourself on the sure road to personal well
being and therefore effectively ensuring a new life for yourself and
your family. Choices made now will start that process.
An Individual voluntary
arrangement is legally binding and there are things that the creditors
must not do when the individual voluntary arrangement has been put into
place. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, not being able
to contact you by phone or by letter, or indeed to contact you in any
way for the length of the IVA. If the creditor or his agent (i.e. a
debt collecting company) even tries to contact you they will be breaking
the law. Creditors have to stop making phone calls and writing letters
and must not attempt to hamper the business of the client.
Under recent government
law, IVAs or individual voluntary arrangements have been made possible.
An IVA is an easy and acceptable alternative to bankruptcy and has none
of the shame or stigma attached. It's the civilised way to deal with
insolvency or bad debt issues. Under government rules, a well constituted
IVA will immediately write off up to 60 percent (sometimes more than
that) of your personal debt at a stroke. Your interest in debt reduction
IVA help should be well rewarded by the transformation in life quality
enabled by its use.
